Port Hope Tennis Club marched off with the Morrow Cup, emblematic of the Kawartha Tennis League championship, recently, defeating such entries as Lindsay and Peterboro. SISTERS WIN TENNIS TROPHY AT PORT HOPE
Winners of the ladies' doubles at the Port Hope Tennis club annual tournament were Vivian Jennings, left, and Doris Jennings, sisters. They were awarded the Armstrong cup donated by Misses Eleanor and Adeline Armstrong, who also are sisters and among the top notch players of the Port Hope club. The trophy was offered for the first time last year.
