1949/50 was the only year Mrs Aline (Athey) Austin taught at Central School.
I was lucky to have her for my teacher that year.
Mrs Austin taught grades five and six together, 44 pupils in all, in room 204, at the southeast corner of the top floor.
The photos of room 204 were taken 58 years later.
