JENNIFER JACKSON
Jennifer is known for her love of animals, especially horses to which she devotes all her 'spare time'. She has been an avid member of the Dramatic Society, participating in many of their plays. Her musical talents account for her membership in the orchestra and Glee Club and her great affinity for français prompted her to join the French Club and quit just as promptly. Jennifer plans to attend Peterborough Teachers College this year.

RON JOICE

He is also an avid member of the Ski Club. Ron plans to work his way around Canada and the States before entering Ryerson in Electronics Technology.

LYDIA KALISZ
Happy Lydia has a smile for everyone and although her main interest is in people, she enjoys basketball, volleyball and other sports. She has been a member of the Referee's Clinic and Library Staff. Out of school she is kept busy with her part-time job. Lydia's decision to become a teacher will, without doubt, bring joy to an indefinite number of children.

PEGGY KEYES
Unlike most students (particularly girls) who have an abundance of good looks but a deficiency of brains, Peggy has both charm and talent which she displays most sufficiently both in the classroom, as well as, on the basketball and volley-ball courts. As an ardent team player, she adds just the needed vitality to every game in which she participates, including her most renowned; bridge. Peggy is continuing with her lively personality in Honours PHE at Western.

ROBERT KEYES
Rob is one of our more 'experienced' grade thirteeners. He spent his younger days playing football among other things. He won the Best Cadet Award and the Blue 'n' White Award. For the past couple of years Rob has been writing articles for the Peterborough Examiner. Next year Rob is going to enter the University of Western Ontario and take a Business Administration course.

GERRY KNIGHT
A draftee from the Toronto suburbs, Gerry has decided to grace Port Hope High with his presence for Grade 13. He has captured our fancy with his wierd method of carrying books and his wild red socks. His interests range from art, cars and gymnastics to the fairer sex. Conversational Physics and Math rate high in his list of favourite classes. Gerry hopes to continue his studies at the Ontario School of Art.

RICK LAMBERT
The Theme, 'variety is the spice of life' is adequately displayed in Rick's contributions to school activities. Being humble, Rick naturally shuns these 'pimply hyperboles' extolling his flair for learning, an obvious talent for excelling at almost any thing he undertakes, as well as his impeccably good taste in music and hockey teams (the Rolling Stones & Leafs respectively) and so, in more modest terms, he is what we in 13 would call - 'a neat guy'.

BRUCE MADGE
Bruce is one of the precious few second-year men. During his high school years he participated in many musical organizations as a trombone player and was the number one tackle for the Spartan Football team. His enthusiasm for the life had radiated to his fellow class mates and thus added much to the harmony of the school year. Bruce's patience and endurance are revealed each Sunday as he attempts to teach a friend how to drive.

CAROLE MALLINSON
Carole, one of the 13's prettier members, was chosen Queen of the Prom. She has been active on the Students' Council and is 13B's rep this year. Besides participating in intramural basketball and volleyball she is also an avid member of the ski club. Carole's determination and diligent work ensure her success as a Lab Technician.

WERNER MARK
Since grade 9 Werner has been a valuable member of his class's intramural teams. On field day he usually took part actively. Being a language student for three years, he was a member of both the French and German clubs. Next year Werner will attend the University of Toronto in a course of Mechanical Engineering.

RUTH MARVIN
Throughout her years at PHHS Ruth Marvin has participated in intramural sports, school orchestra and the glee club. She has played on the School Volleyball Team for two years and has been a class representative on the Girls Athletic Association as well as serving as President last year. She enjoys horseback riding. Ruth plans to attend Peterborough's Teachers College in the near future.

CAROL McCAW
Carol used to be one of the quieter members of our class. But we have corrupted her. Now she is as noisy as the rest of us. She served on the Blue and White staff for two years. Since her arrival at PHHS, she has been interested in art. Carol is going to attend the University of Toronto this year to study Fine Art.

KRISTINE McMAHON
'The Mainspring of all Combinations,' Kristine has spent all of her high school days at PHHS. Active in Drama, Music and French Club and Last Year's Highlight's Editor of the B & W, Kris has worked hard. We all wish her luck next year in Modern Languages at Trent University.

GARRY MOORE
During his school-life 'Moo' has excelled in field-day events, school football teams, intramural sports, music organizations and girls, as well as furthering his education possibly towards a life as a policeman. As 'Moo' recognizes the value of grade thirteen, he will return next year to obtain his diploma.

GORDON MOORE
Gordon has been a member of the band in past years. He has also participated in intramural sports such as football, volleyball and basketball each year of his career. He was on the team that played the phony staff and lost. He plans to attend Ryerson if all goes well.

JIM MULDREW
Jim is one of the more active students in Port Hope High School. He has been busily engaged in the music organization since he started in grade nine. Jim plans to attend Peterborough Teachers' College next year and we wish him the very best.

ROSS MULDREW
Ross has been quite successful in his years at high school. He has been active in intramural sports and helped win fame for 12B last year in volleyball and football. Ross plans to enter the working world next year. I'm sure we all wish him good luck.

PAT NIXON
During his career at PHHS, fame has come to Pat because of his art work. Besides art Pat has contributed much academic knowledge by his class participation. He has also served on the Students' Council, played Bantam Basketball and aided his class teams. Next year Pat intends to study Electrical Engineering at Waterloo.

CHERYL OSLAND
Cheryl can certainly be called "une sportive". She has played on volleyball and basketball teams, been field day champ, an active member on GAA, President of GAA, and has attained her senior athletic letters. She has also contributed to the Glee Club and Students' Council. Cheryl plans on majoring in Physical Education at Western University. We all wish her the best of luck in her chosen career.

WAYNE OUGH
Wayne is another of our post graduates. He has been a friendly and carefree classmate throughout his high school education. He is an ex-Boys AA member as well as an ex-musician. He has done quite well, but is uncertain what field of work he will follow upon graduation. With his ability the future will be very successful.

FRED SMITH
Fred has always been a valuable asset to most school sports. As well as intramural activities, he played school football for four years, basketball for three and even performed representative duties in the Students' Council. Fred has always been well liked by his fellow comrades (although the teachers' thoughts will always remain dubious). Upon graduation, Fred plans to launch a career in accounting.

GREG STASHIUK
Greg came to PHHS only this year but he contributed very much to athletics in this short time. He was a key member of the senior football team and was a staunch member of all the illustrious 13B intramural teams. This 'Frenchman' from BC likes, and enjoys, both girls and sports. All of grade 13's good wishes go with Greg in his engineering course at Queen's next year.

HERMAN THEYSMEYER
Herman has been one of the liveliest and most active students in the school. As well as being cadet major, he was captain of the junior and senior basketball teams. In addition to this he was one of the school's gymnatists. As treasurer of the Blue 'n' White 63-64 he helped to make that copy the success it was. Next year he plans to attend the University of Guelph taking pre-med in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

ROBERT 'BOB' TREW
Not only has Bob been a champion every year in the track and field events at PHHS, but he also excels in the intramural volleyball and basketball games for his class. Bob is regarded by all his classmates as an all around 'good guy'. Bob scored many of the touchdowns this year with skilful catching and long runs. He hopes to continue to play football at the University of Waterloo and study Engineering.

SHARON TREW
'The girl that made good' Sharon has been attending Port Hope High School for five years during which time she has always been an active part of school life. She has been on all her class teams for intramural games and relay teams. Besides being an athlete, her academic standings have always shown her to be quite clever. With her keen sense of humour she gets along with everyone. Sharon hopes to attend Peterborough Teachers' College this year.

SUSAN WALLACE
Practical Prue rhymes with Sue. She is one person who may always be counted on to have her feet firmly planted on the ground. Sue participates in intramural sports each year. Generally a quiet contributor in class, she has added the golden notes of her violin strings to the school orchestra. Next fall Sue will attend Peterborough Teachers' College to begin a career suited to her temperament.
